About Kiefldes

An Independent Resource on Factoring & Receivables Management

Kiefldes was created to make the language of commercial finance easier to understand, without a sales agenda attached to the content.

Our Story

Kiefldes began as a small internal knowledge base used by a finance research group that grew tired of jargon-heavy explanations of invoice factoring and receivables management. Over time it evolved into a standalone informational website, built for business owners, students, and finance professionals who want a clear, neutral explanation of how this corner of commercial finance works.

We are not a bank, lender, or factoring company. Kiefldes does not process applications, advance funds, or collect payments. Everything published here is intended purely for educational and reference purposes.

What Guides Our Work

Three principles shape every piece of content we publish.

Transparency

We clearly separate general information from anything that could be mistaken for financial advice or a service offer.

Independence

We are not owned by or affiliated with any factoring company, bank, or lender, and we do not accept payment to feature providers.

Clarity

Commercial finance is full of jargon. We aim to explain concepts in plain, accessible language.

How We Work

Our small team of writers and researchers monitors publicly available industry sources, regulatory guidance, and general finance literature to keep our explanations current and balanced.

The glossary expanded into full-length guides covering factoring structures and processes.

2023

2026

The site was redesigned to make our resources easier to browse and reference.

A Note on Our Team

Kiefldes is maintained by a small group of content researchers and editors with backgrounds in business finance and commercial writing. We do not publish individual staff biographies in order to keep the focus on the information itself rather than on personalities. If you would like to know more about our editorial process, please get in touch.
